About me
I am a Canadian / Venezuelan visual designer with a great passion for UI/UX design. I design for the magic of a user-first experience and to bring order to complexity.
I have a Masters of Fine Art in Visual Arts from Emily Carr University of Art + Design that I graduated from in 2020. My professional experience is a blend of teaching in post-secondary institutions and in the dynamic world of UX design.
Teaching art and design honed my skills in effective communication, empathy and adaptability qualities that resonate with the realm of UX design. It’s all about connecting with people, whether in a classroom or through digital experiences.
As a freelance designer, I’ve had the privilege to collaborate on a variety of projects, from crafting intuitive apps to designing captivating websites. Working alongside talented design teams has been an exhilarating journey of creative exploration.
When I’m not designing you can find me outdoors, painting and hanging out with my friends and family. My latest obsession is learning how to surf 🏄.
